Very good clouds. The sea is ok. Maybe constraining the roughness of the wavelets by slope would do the trick.

yes those clouds are very good, nice shape to them,

but the water looks unbearably cold, frigid 

burrrr...

wow-great atmosphere - stormy artic water - some god rays might add a touch of contrast.

I was going for the atlantic ocean feel, I'll tweak/tame the wavelets alittle, and try and get the rays coming through, I've done a 1600x1050 version render, but I've put that on my site gallery
