Professional photographer looking for skilled Terragen2 artist interested in collaborating on cross promotional projects.
My name is Peter Holst (www.holstphotographic.com) and I am a people shooter from Vancouver, Canada. I am looking for a talented and ambitious Terragen2 artist who would be interested in working together to create some out of this world images (visual stories) for cross promotional purposes. The idea is to use Terragen2 created scenes/environments and incorporate people and animals into the scenes in a manner to create convincing visual stories. I would shoot people (and animals...) in studio, simulating the lighting and conditions in the provided Terragen2 environment, and then incorporate them into that environment using Photoshop. The end result would be very dynamic and incredible images which would tell a story.
The purpose of this collaboration would be to create jaw dropping promotional pieces which would then promote both creative parties. Both as a creative team, as well as individuals. The target market for the promotional pieces would be the advertising and entertainment industries.
I am in other words looking for a very talented creative 'partner in crime' with whom it would be possible to create an on-going collaborative relationship. A professional partnership in which both parties would benefit.
Attached are a couple samples of my work to illustrate my style and what I would be looking to create more off. Dramatic images which tells a story. These were created using traditional photos to create the environments. (In case they didn't attach, I am referring to the image of the old man on the beach with the red lamp and the WW1 dog fight in the conceptual section of my site).
Please only respond to this email if you are a skilled and seasoned Terragen2 artist interested in this collaboration, and you feel excited about the visual possibilities merging Terragen renderings and strong photography could create.
