Congrats PS!

This update has some exciting new futures!
Especially the wireframe preview and new clpud functions, but also raytracing of the atmosphere is a great feature if settings are used correctly.

I have prepared an in-depth tutorial about these new features and will post them this weekend!

Thanks for the update! Now for the dumb question. How do I install it on XP 64 pro to run it as 64 bit and not 32. I uninstalled the old and restarted then installed the new version and it installed as 32 bit?? I thought we were getting a 64 bit version in this release?

Hmmm? After everything I've read here from Oshyan and jo for the last year I thought it was a top priority to be released this past summer? Would someone from Planetside please chime in?

I think they would be a real help for us mortals that have just got the update and don't yet understand all the new features. Thanks for doing this.

I suppose I misunderstood, is 64 bit in alpha testing now? Don't know about anyone else but that's the main thing I was looking for. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the update and all the hard work you guys put in and thanks again.

Hi buzzzzz, we have done a lot of work on 64 bit, but we felt it needed a bit more testing before release. As you know we take the stability of our public releases very seriously and there were a lot of changes that needed to happen for 64 bit so it's important that it get a full shake-down. 64 bit builds are currently in testing. The next major release will be focused on 64 bit and it should come faster than the last one.
