Great! I think the colouring from image 1 is better suited to the terrain but, the texturing of image 2 is much nicer.
Image 1 speaks to me of Tim Burton, for some reason. I can almost see little, animated clay creatures crawling around the surface of that one. Crabs, Skellingtons, feathered freaks and such.
Nice job so far!

I might just park this one here, think it served it's purpose.
I'm trying to make a commitment to getting away from purely production driven work, to doing my own art in my spare time.
It's been years since I did this, so feels refreshing albeit a bit rusty.

Cool that you mention the Tim Burton reference dandelO, not because that was the inspiration, but that I was trying to give the whole thing and it's separate parts some character.
