They had an interview on i9 with Gerry Anderson. He hated the Thunderbirds movie also. I will wait and see what happens. If this movie is done right, it could be good.

There is so much potential with them and yet those making the descisions constantly aim for the safe. mass market. I find it worrying that the inocent fun that Gerry started out with will never be possible again because of this endless need to make money.

Thanks for the link , Henry i wouldn't have seen this. I like the old show.
It is outdated but i have a nostalgic feeling about it . The music is unforgettable love or hate it!
We lived in Germany at the time and UFO was shown periodically with the Avengers on Tuesdays in 1972 .
I loved Tuesdays .
The model and 3d affection comes from UFO most probably .

But the Director is a VFX guy. This is a little frightening unfortunately! I would love to see a good UFO  and 1999 movie
