Top quality work. There's a couple of references by him to starting some of his works with a 3d render, but I couldn't find which 3d landscaping app he uses. Some of the underlying renders look as though they could be done with Terragen.

I guess that its also a lot of photgraphic parts that he uses for "texturing" the painting. It´s a projection painting, Cinema4D is one of the best solutions when it comes to projection painting. But I don´t know which apps where used.

Really awesome. I couldn't justify spending all of that time on a matte painting and be stuck with only one point of view. Looks like that civilization had steel. I would love to see these without the land scarring.
