It don't know what caused the rectangular artifacts in the clouds. Anyone have a clue?

What are your cloud accelaration cache settings and step optimisation?
Did you also change sample jitter and did you render with raytraced atmosphere?
All asked in the order of things I would suspect when seeing this.
