Mac beta feedback please

Hi,

Mac users may have noticed that the last couple of releases have been designated as beta releases. This is because the Mac version made the change to using Cocoa for its user interface and I wanted to make sure that it was working well before designating it as final release quality.

I'd just like to ask for feedback from Mac users as to whether TG2 seems to be working well for them. Have you experienced any unusual problems with the user interface you didn't have before? Does anything seem a bit glitchy? If so please let me know with as much detail as possible. Please mention what Mac you have and what version of OS X you're using.

From my point of view it seems to be working pretty well, but we all use our computers in different ways.

I'm a mac user who hasn't seen any problems. I've been hesitant to use the beta version for any major renders because I didn't want to take any chances. Especially with animation. Does this mean it's safe to use the beta for all projects? I won't set up an animation to render all weekend and find it failed after the first X number of frames?

I'm on mac os 10.6.6, 2x3 GHz quad core mac pro, and terragen 2.2.23.1.

It should be safe to use, we've had virtually no negative feedback and many users have been working with it solidly since release.
