I'm experiencing similar lighting on my desktop screen now, so I can't really judge the details in the shadow, but it looks pretty good
Actually, for a first image this is a really nice one.
Keep on lurking the forums, there's plenty to read/learn and don't hesitate to ask anything
if you can't find it with the search function
