Have you tried increasing the geometry detail? adding polygons should make everything look smoother, but of course you will have a much bigger file and increase the chances of crashing tg2

DAZ3D.com
I shouldn't say 'great', since I'm still learning. But, it looks good so far. The smoothing issue is a problem, though. I think it depends on the texture connected to the exported object. A leg of a female looks like it has faces similar to what is explained here, but a mech seems to be fine.
So this is Disney World. Can we live here?
