Purchase/Registration Issue: Can't view refund policy page

Hi, I'm new here, I hope this is the right place to ask this,

I'm impressed with the free version of Terragen 2 and am trying to purchase the full version including animation (I believe it is called the "deep" version), but got stuck on the purchase page when it told me to click on a link to view the refund policy before continuing - I was redirected to an error page that said "You are not authorized to view this resource..."

I realize that most people carelessly skip over license details and such in software agreements, but I happen to be one of those people who actually reads that stuff when I install something new (and I can typically understand most of it too, I used to have a lawyer in the family, and myself worked briefly in law enforcement).

So, could someone kindly tell me what the details of the refund policy are?  I'm not expecting to need to request such a thing, but I like to be prepared just in case (for example, if the animation part doesn't work right on my computer).

UPDATE:

OK, I actually found another link elsewhere that shows me the refund policy.  It looks like, I'm guessing, the link on the purchase page is out-of-date or possibly has a URL typo or something.

We've checked over the links and all should be working now. But if you can point us to a specific URL that's not working, we can be sure to address it.

Same thing for me. The link from the terragen deep on windows purchase page is directing me to this address. It's missing the "96/"

Are you referring to the purchase page or the link above: http://www.planetside.co.uk/content/view/27/
That link is not a valid link and never will work. That's what *was* on the page. But I did update it on the Windows Purchase Page here: http://www.planetside.co.uk/component/option,com_wrapper/Itemid,64/
And it works there on my end. Is it not working somewhere else? I did just notice the Privacy Policy on that page was also not working, but I've fixed that now as well. Also all fixed on the TG Classic buy pages.

Ah right, I see Oshyan.
You replied without using quotes and therefore I thought you fixed the ".../view/27" link.
The second one you mentioned worked
