License key file not received yet

I purchased terragen w/xfrogs saturday night(early sunday morning) and haven't received the key file yet.

I have emailed planetside last night, this morning and again this afternoon and gotten no response.

Any ideas?

Hi Ludwig, welcome to the forums!

It's not an automated process so usually it means you need to wait 1 or 2 working days anyway.
Also, depending on the area you live, you might also have to deal with timezones which could skew your expectations.
I'd be a little more patience

Thanks for the reply. Just got an email from Planetside.

In the case of the bundles it can be particularly prone to the delays of manual process because Xfrog first has to notify us, then we issue the license key (whereas with non-bundle purchases we get an immediate and direct notification from our purchase scripts). We're working to streamline the process though.
