Silent Storm

If there's a storm on a distant planet and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound? :)
Of course it does....sound waves travel through gases, liquids and solids...even the background (vacuum) of space contains noise of the so-called "Big - Bang". Some may call it "radiation" but, its still noise or "sound".....
