i cant seem to use the object population to make trees can someone give me a tutorial link plz

did you click populate now ?

did you check where on your terrain the pop is being placed ?

just a coupla quick thoughts...but by now you should have digested previous replies...and will have trees everywhere !

Yup! also make sure you've ticked the box which says sit on terrain.
