The mountains look really nice, but the water is so smooth it might not be there at all except for those reflections :)
Heard of computer graphics? CG? Terragen 2, the landscape generating program, also known as TG, a whole cool way to create realistic CG - with TG.

Trees distribution is really excellent

I really like this render a lot. The background with those trees and the mountains is fantastic! Very realistic.
Mouthwash? We don't need no stinking mouthwash!! [MI2]

I agree with everything said. To view a plane under water a vertical image would be better suited. This transparency doesn't look natural, I'm afraid. The background is very good! You might be better of to decrease transparency, decrease stone size, and have the plane stick out of the water. Have it grown over by algae and stuff. And the one floating branch isn't necessary, I think.

The background is simply perfect! Completely like the real thing. I like the way the reflection blends in with the underwater foreground. However the rocks don't seem right to me. They are more like pebbles making the aircraft look like being model sized. The refraction of the water seems realistic to me considering the depth the plane must be sitting at and the perspective.

Strong agreement with everyone else. The background and tree distribution is superb, only the water and foreground let this down a bit. Scale issues need to be fixed with the rocks, as well as more/darker texturing. The plane is hardly noticeable though I suspect it's supposed to be somewhat the focus, so having it stick out a bit would be good I think. Also some color to the water perhaps. Finally, brightening the whole thing up would be good, unless you intend it to be closer to dawn/dusk or hazy. That background though, really excellent... :)

I have to agree as well. Great mountains, shame about the plane.
