I think the last one definitely looks best. The grass clumps that you've put in to this one(by the looks of things) work much better than the grass shader and the lower mist-line is much nicer too. The only thing that is bugging me slightly is the water, some more roughness would have broken up the reflections a bit better, but that's just my preference.

Great point of view for this scene. Very dramatic. I understand the improvements in the mountain but I think the mist in the first one is better. It gives a good sense of atmosphere, distance and scale. Best of all would be somewhere inbetween the two.
