The mountains do look a little strange and maybe different clouds would look better but i like it.
Especially the lower part looks very nice to me :)

I love the mid and foreground! Though I agree that the mountains don't match the quality of the rest of the image.

Thanks guys. What do you think the problem is with the mountains, is it the colour, shape, both?

Kadri

Reck i was hoping that you do not ask this :D
If you think or say i wanted this there is nothing i can say. I said strange, otherwise it does not look bad , quite the opposite it looks good.
It does not look like real mountains. The shape especially. They look more like kinda crushed paper . But then it does have not to look real .
It is your image in the end  :)

Look here at my image. It does not look real . But i wouldn't change anything. I like it as it is.

Kadri I love that spaceship image, especially the colours and nebula in the background.

Although it is my image I like to hear what other people think, even if they think it's pants. It helps that you've mentioned the crushed paper look and the shapes, thank you.

...

Thanks :)

in regards to my previous comment; I think the color and texture of the mountains is perfect. However, the general shape of them (at least to me) looks more like land forms from a more desert-like climate. The sharp peaks an lines look more sandblasted than all the vegetation in the rest of the image would indicate. Hopefully that helps, great image!

Thanks for that feedback Darth, seems like the shape is the problem here. I did wonder about it myself. I might try an Alpine now I have a bit more horsepower.

I've seen mountains similar to this but they tend to grassy or have lots of talus rock on the smoother parts with perhaps more very jagged outcrops.

I like this!
some really good detailing...
