I found some basic info for making an orbital view, but it's still not quite right.  My main concern is making the clouds look better.  I turned up the samples of both the air and clouds, did an XYZ stretch of the cloud density fractal of 10-1-10, but I still think the clouds look a bit flat and not real.  This took over an hour to render so I'd like to have some direction on what the tweak to make it work.  Any ideas, maybe increasing feature scales of the clouds or something?

The clouds are the 3d volumetric cumulus.

Might this be of any help? http://forums.planetside.co.uk/index.php?topic=3691.msg110938#msg110938 I'm pretty sure there are similar  orbit setups available in the file sharing

OK, I did this earlier and I do like how it turned out.  One thing for the future though is how to adjust how thick the atmosphere looks.  Is that as simple as tweaking the values under the Height Control in atmosphere node?
