Dune

Another setup, but with mistakes.

Ulco it looks a little unfinished(ground in the lower left etc.) but i like this very much . Some more prominent clouds maybe?

Nice buildings but the people look a bit zombieish, why are they all pointing the same way?. I suppose action(s) are difficult to capture realistically. It's very bleak, but your skills with buildings and objects are to be admired.

Lower left are supposed to be cobble stones, but I forgot to add a compute terrain (in fact I threw it out), so the stones didn't come out well and the shrub floated here and there.
The people are going to the beach  :P
I can make this a lot nicer I think, but the people are extremely low poly. I liked the bleakness of it, as I wanted to give the image a somewhat estranging effect. That's why I didn't add any clouds, by the way. Perhaps it would be more interesting to make an overblown desert station, without all the houses, but just the station. I have been thinking hard about making sickle shaped dunes (all oriented the same way, but different in size and shape), but that's hard. Some blue nodes would probably do it, but that's not my forte.

As usual it's an interesting scene. The first thing I noticed was that the railway has no brick/stone-based foundations.
Especially on a beach the soil beneath would be washed out and make a railway impossible.

I like the idea of the desert scene!

I left the stones out purposely, and made the railway halfway 'overduned' to get a 'vergane glorie' idea. I like a bit of sea too, so I might make a desert + sea scene... or a railway ending in the sea and a steamtrain stopped at hightide level  :D

Did those medieval Lopoly people have no children at all or were they
inside working hard to keep the adults idle? ;)

Dune

They were too lowpoly to be able to reproduce, I'm afraid  :D

Its sad, so much suffering in the world, even virtual people can not escape affliction.
It has been eaten.

Dune

On this never-ending beach they are wiped from the face of the earth entirely. I'm not satisfied with the sand though, but I'm not going to do anything about it as yet.
