When you open Terragen 2 get the information: "This Version of Terragen 2 is for non-commercial use only and has restricted features."
What are these restrictions? Thank You

The differences are:

Render Size Maximum: 800x600
Render Detail Maximum: 1.0
Antialiasing Maximum: 3
Maximum Number of Rendered Populations: 3
Maximum Render Detail for Micropolygon Export: 0.1

In addition, no access to the animation functionality that comes with Terragen with Animation version.

Yes indeed ! I used the free version for maybe 2-3 years and then bought it .
I think the other companies should do the same.
