Nice use of trees and I like the upwards looking POV.

Since some talk was about lighting, textures etc I couldn't help but take that last image into Lightzone. This is the default relight algorithm in Lightzone. There are a number of settings in this but I didn't tweak anything. Sadly Lightzone is not under development anymore. I'll still use it but I'll look to see if any other app can do this kind of thing. It's all done in realtime non destructively. Absolutely nothing topped Lightzone. I find it to be a perfect partner for TG2. It has a number of effects. The levels of the image are handled by a "zonemapper" which is apparently based on some system Ansel Adams used.

I have played a little bit with the image in Photoshop and Lightroom, but basically i like to use the image TG2 produces.
Imho most times TG2's output looks better then anything with pw, as it seems to "fit together".

Never the less thy for your input. ;)

Lady of the Lake

Have loved watching the progression of this.  Wow, nice final result.

Crikey moses that is dramatic! Excellent POV.

Well as far as postwork is concerned, I take the view that photographers usually postwork. For landscape photography postwork is almost always necessary because of the extreme exposure differences needed to correctly see sky and ground.

Terrain and partial Surface now available here.

@efflux: From this pov, your right. I just like the challenge to make TG2 render it like i want it. ;)

thx
