Running TG2 on Blade Servers (Some Thing For The Future)

Would it be possible in  the future to run TG2 on a server farm made up form Blade Servers so that large images and animations render in a timely manor. What kind of licencing would be required and is it technically possible to run TG2 on such equipment?

This maybe a little out there but I would like to know for future reference weather TG2 could in theory be use on Blade type servers: maybe in the future Planetside could offer Blades pre-configured with TG2 but that would mean having some arrangement with one of the Blade hardware manufactures like HP or some thing.

There are companies out there that put 3d software onto Blade Servers, software like 3DS-Max and Maya as way of an example maybe get in talks with them and open up new sales channels that way (Just a throat).

A blade server is really just a compact, cluster-oriented configuration of traditional hardware with - in some cases - customized hardware and/or software to enable clustered computing, virtualization, etc. But in essence they are regular computers and so can run whatever OS's are compatible with the underlying hardware architecture, which in many cases is x86. If an OS that TG2 supports were installed, you could run TG2 on it just fine.

As we have said in the past we are interested in the possibility of a Linux render-only client, so this might be applicable to many existing blade systems. However it is unlikely that we would be providing any specific tools for managing TG2 renders in such environments.

The important point is the technology itself certainly has a high chance of being compatible with a basic TG2 configuration.
