Can Terragen Render out 16 bit .tiff files?

Can Terragen Render out 16 bit .tiff files? I want to make some large images for print, and I want to have maximum control over the colors in photoshop.

Terragen 2 outputs 32 bit EXR files. Those should compatible with newer versions of Photoshop and will give you maximum dynamic range (much greater than an actual photo). I believe the TIFF output is only 8 bit however.
