Yes, very beautiful images.

Going by the rich detail and colors, I'm guessing they are HDRI's .....at least 3 images combined (eg +/- 2ev, with one "right-on")
in Photoshop or a dedicated app like Dynamic Photo HDR, Photomatrix, etc.
