problems with terragen 64 bit

Hi I had a huge problem with my terrgen
I had to uninstall the program and everything connected to it out of my computer
I then started from scratch installed tg2 deep put in my licence code opened the program installed updates
then opened new version then installed new updates for 64 bit all opened ok but
now the color picker will not open program needs to be closed
I was also getting this message before I done a full reinstall see photo

Can I ask why you had to uninstall TG2?

What you are telling me sounds more like a OS problem, rather than a TG2 specific problem.

Yes I installed from 32 to 64
then installed terragen 64 all was ok then cleaning out programs I removed a tg2 file from programs
when I went to reinstall the program all was fine then the updates showed that error message (see photo)
But now all is ok just no color picker and need to close program

Just a long shot until Planetside replies to you ...
You have a different theme try to revert to the default theme and then restart (to be sure) the OS .
There are some problems that are related to this , but i do not know if this is one of them.

And it would be good if you wrote your system specs too Ozijon.

OK I have tried all
64 newest terragen works just no color picker program has to be closed down
its like it opens but invisible ?
getting frustrated

All ok problem solved

problem was in App data color picker data was missing
but now latest terragen 64 bit works great

When I changed from 32 bit to 64 I had back ups.
When I reinstalled some programs I had 6 terragen exe's in my programs for some reason so I deleted all but
the newest.
When I tried an update I kept getting the error in (1st post pic)
So I removed all terragen from my computer and reinstalled from scratch all was ok then I got the update message
hit it installed for 64 bit but had no color picker (but worken on 32 bit)
after going crazy and uninstalling reinstalling many times and some system restore still had the same problem
then using the show key file it took me to App data in a file called planitside,uk, inside was license key and color picker data
so I shredded it whole file and all terragen files reinstall terragen 64 bit added licence key and now all works great
Was a long time but all is ok now
