You have been very busy with Terragen 2 lately. This is pretty close. I think there would be more 'spillage' along the edges of the glacial flows. The shading is good, perhaps a little dirt at the ends of the glacier?

I have three weeks off of work so i have the time to experiment at the moment. It might be possible to have some river flows off of the ends of the glaciers. I can certainly try that. Dirt should be easy to add.
