I agree - nice lighting.  It's too bad some artifacts are visible on the surface.

Are you referring to the bottom right hand corner of the Image, There is some vary small (Maybe Default value) stones done with the fake stones shadder there? If it is not this could you tell me where on the image your seeing artifacts so I can learn what to look for, in any case this image was done with the intel release version (The free one before the release of the update)?

Any advice so that I can learn would be welcomed.

Yeah, I was talking about the lower right.  I'm working on a scene right now where I've had some problem with getting rid of those lines too.  Other than that, the terrain looks pretty good and detailed, and relatively artifact-free .
