Not too sure what criticism I could give, but it looks really good.  The mountain and grass look really good. The only thing I could say is the clouds and sky look a little off.

Great rock texture and nice veg. I'd change the POV to show more of the rock relative to it's surroundings, which should also give a better sense of scale and depth. I'd also play around with the lighting to enhance it further.
Good work though.
