looks real nice. Should tone down the stars though.

I would smear the edges of the ripples a bit.
They just issued a tornado warning and said to stay away from windows. Does that mean I can't use my computer?

I agree about the stars and toning them down. I would also maybe lower the opacity of the white stars (all the white lil dots) to make it less sharp looking.
