how do I use voronoi?

I have no idea how to use voronoi textures. I am not new to terragon but I am not very good with the area. I think I know how to attach a scale but I can't find a seed, and I have no Idea where or how to apply it.

And do a search for Cracked Face under File Sharing.  This person used Voronoi to create some really cool ground structures.

I have already seen this thread and downloaded the file but, unfortionatly I don't know how to import tgc files so I couldn't use it.

A TGC is a clip file.  File - Insert Clip File.  Find file through Browse.  Once loaded, find the configuration and hook it into your fresh TGD scene.
