I never read the game of thrones books. I did not even know about the series before I saw the first season of the show on HBO.
But I have to say I have really gotten into this TV show.

Does anyone else here watch this show? The episode the week before last showed stormborn getting an army of slaves. It was a really cool scene. But I felt like it should have been longer. It could have been much more dramatic. Still, pretty fun.

I look forward to this show every week now. Its a nice distraction.

I watched the first 2 seasons and bought the books but could not decide to read or watch.
In the end , as i watched this season , i begun to read the books.
I am reading now the 4'rd book (will be season 5-6 probably ) .
It is the same thing many say but it feels like more mature fantasy not that i am too much into fantasy except Lord of the rings, Hobbit ,Silmarillion etc.
I did not much read in the last years . I like Science fiction . It is time to order some good 40-50 books and sink into them. I miss that feeling!

It's really in depth and I have only thought about reading these books...only so much sunshine in a day.
