First image since my external HD crash. I used a tree from the free download samples at X-frog (free until the end of June). I will order from them soon. I also used the re-downloaded plant files from Ashunder and I believe bobbystahr....planitplants by Drew Costigan. This image looks more illustrated than real but, I think it looks O.K. What do you think?

Very mystical, almost prehistoric looking. Some pterodactyl wouldn't misfit, although they weren't wood critters, I believe.

I really like the upper part, especially the alien looking greenish blue in combination with that exotic tree.
The undergrowth is also nice, but in my opinion creates a totally different impression, more like garden, maybe fairytale. Its like Avatar and Brothers Grimm colliding. Thats not a bad thing, but I could well imagine to split this into two very different images. Maybe you want to try my "tently"-Model?

Nice look. Feels like light needs some thing. How ahout a lens flare. .)
