It's a good start at least.
PRO: composition.
CON: the big tree, I would change that to a better quality of push it backward a little, more grasses and maybe flowers at the edge of the field, maybe denser wheat. I would also increase the contrast (less glow in sky perhaps) plus add a no shadow fill light at the right so that the silo for instance gets a little reflection on the right side as well from bounced light. Makes it rounder.
