A quick take on the Ashkelon terrain.............

Wow...I like it. It could use a few tweaks here and there but, it looks cool, especially the large tree. This squared terrain always reminded me of a quarry.
Did you get my message about the image map backgrounds?

Yes, I meant to get back to you about that. I still have some questions concerning that. If I get time tonite I will see if my brain will remember everything.

I've looked at both versions several times and I think I like the trees in the first version.

They are actually the same trees..............the first had some color work added to the diffuse.

OK my fault for not being clear:  I preferred the quantity and placement of trees in the first one

I had invented an elaborate back story to go with the 1st image...............I started writing it down...............it would have probably been a short novel by the time I finished.
