The documentation is still a work in progress but there is a great deal of info already there. You might also benefit from video tutorials from Geekatplay: http://www.geekatplay.com/dt3.php
And CGScenery: http://www.cgscenery.com/basic/ (made for TG2 but valid for TG3)

We are working with multiple partners on more video content like this, as well as ongoing expansion of the online text content in the wiki.
