Hi all, anyone aware of this software?
http://flora3d.net/ It's meant for games and the like (low polly) but if you crank up the settings you can get some very passable results. One great thing is that you can create your tree and "re-seed" it by the click of a button giving instant variations, great for mid - long range trees (possibly foreground too if you really max out the settings, not tried that yet). It's cheap too - £37.50 (60USD ish). 10 mins of mucking around got me this below (ignore the fact that it's not anatomically correct, I was only having a quick fiddle)
