There is no way to extract a texture at this point besides rendering an image (which is obviously fixed to the camera position). TG2's primary strength is in rendering so it's not really designed for its generated data to be wholly exported for rendering in another application. We do intend to support working with other programs as much as possible, within the framework of what makes sense for TG2 to be handling (landscape/planet rendering). General texture export may be available in the final release but for the intended use and workflow perspective-dependent output will generally be more useful and is of course already possible.
