Most of the error messages come from the fact that he is using an alpha or beta version of Terragen. The error for the image map is because the program cannot find the image map. Just substitute your image map for the one in the test tgd.

The warnings are not important; I work with an alpha testers build. The error is more important, just shows that your image map shader hasn't found the testmap, so you should manually reload, so. save the testmap to a location you know to find, open image map shader and reload. Then it works.
