Haven't done a render in quite a while.  Downloaded  this medevil house form TF3DM and it motivated me do something.

I don't know how legit these are but the link below looks like the house is from the same set.
But the textures are in higher resolution like 1024x1024 , then the house in your image.
Would be much better if you can use these textures on your house.
