Hey guys, had the idea to take one place and (mainly) one pov and create a series of renders showing it at different points of the year and various weather conditions. This is what I've got so far, hoping for feedback, maybe suggestions as to what else to do to it?

It has been eaten.

I love the idea and the result works. Great job

Yes, nice effect. You can also let them blend into eachother in Flash or something. I did that sometimes for terrains that changed in appearance.

mhaze

excellent. the orange tree population might benefit from some population colour variation.

Oshyan

I've always enjoyed this kind of concept and you've done a pretty nice job here. I think the evergreens (?) look rather dark in the autumn version, but otherwise they're all nice.

What a great idea. These are great.

Thanks for the kind comments!

Oshyan - I think you're right, didn't notice that before but they definitely are. I'll have to fix that, along with what mhaze said about color variation.

Also, how does one do icy water? I've tried to no avail to add that to the winter scene but I think it would add alot.

Dune

There are a couple of threads/posts about ice and icy water, even with tgc's and tgd's. Best to start a search first.
