Actually, that page has been exactly as it is now for its entire existence. Before we came out with TG3, there was no such pricing page at all. It was created for TG3 and the pricing and upgrade options have remained the same from day 1 of retail sales. :D

Yes it should. If you're using PTGui to stitch the EXR output files you will need some overlap. (I used 110° tiles successfully but 100° might work too). Not sure about other stitching applications.  If you have to spend money, I'd suggest upgrading TG3 first. The spherical camera makes this sooo much simpler.
