Looks great! To my opinion this thing in the water (I guess it's some Nautilus-style submarine?) is a bit disturbing.
I just had the idea that if the sun would be lower and illuminate the scene from the right plus a layer of mist on the water reaching the houses, it would be even moodier (is it "moodier" or "more moody"?) Some kind of misty morning...
