I had a look to the link (curiosity). I don't know about it and never heard about it.
Something weird (at least) is the copyright on gallery 1997 - 2002 and at end of the pages.
It looks like an old software. And no forum...
click on the
billsherman.com
link (weird too)...

Yes, you have to be careful with software. It might even be a well-packaged 'ruin-your-own-computer' software

OK, I'm intrigued now... I may have to download this and run it in a virtual PC... just to see what it does, if anything
You never know, it might be superb software.... NOT!!!

Since 1-2 months or so i use this one in demo mode.
[attach=1]
For me it is more about the 3Dbrowser side but it does have converter features too.
Crashes more then i want but it is very handy if you have many objects
with names that you gave them and they doesn't make any sense now
It makes automatic thumbnails for the file formats it can read.
It does shows image files too and much more.
I think i will buy it.
The 3D browser itself is very useful mostly and converting to other files is a plus for me.

Hey Kadri, that's an interesting converter. It does max as well, as far as I can see, even skp. And not too expensive. Thanks, I'll give that a thorough look.

Just be careful that the MAX converter needs 3D Studio Max itself .
Try the trial and see if it works for you before you buy it Ulco.

Have you tried the "Polygon Cruncher", Kadri?
The description is pretty enticing. Im guessing this is a windows only soft?
It has been eaten.

I don't know Michael .
I had no need other then Lightwave's polygon reducing options until today, so i saw no need to tr it.
There could be much better features in it although.
No mention of other operating systems other then Windows.
