Forget the background, I just quickly put some grasses and bushes to get an idea of scales.
This scene is a water in motion study. Still working on it

Excellent effort have you used the displacement to vector node to get the position of the rocks and shape the water?

Nice! One of the most difficult things in procedural landscape rendering, for sure.

I work on 3 different points for the motion
Waves
Foam appearing
Foam disappearing
Right now the first tests are not good and i'm taking notes by viewing videos of rivers image by image.
