UPDATE #1: On Twitter, @MediaGoblin points out that this is not the first time YouTube has inappropriately removed a Sintel-related video from its site.

Yeah, its pretty stupid. And more than a little troubling.

What I was exceptionally outraged at lately was the fact that effing CBC locked out all locations from where you could watch the run of the Canadian bobsled team that crashed in Sochi. My family was away that day and I wanted to show it to them later. No such luck. Tell me - what rights did THEY have to do so? Or maybe once they sponsor a team that means that they actually OWN sportsmen like slaves, huh?
