My third panorama attempt... consists of 36, 800 x 600 renders stitched together with Hugin.

Now back to figuring out why this didn't work very well with GI...

Nice clouds!  A pity about some of the seams though.  I like the QTVR format the best.

Thanks for pointing that out... There is only one seam on the Quicktime version, and not for long!  I adjusted the colours at the wrong time and forgot to clean the edge up.  I will fix it as soon as I can.

nvseal:  The clouds are just a heavily modified version of the brilliant technique shown by FrankB.

The water is stunning - and the missing GI works fine with the bright sun.

Very cool.  Reminds me of playing Myst.

Great water and great sky.  Love the terrain.  Fantastic job!
