Do you guys know if Terragen 3 has any renderfarm support? It will be great to have a distributed render model where the render load is distributed across a farm. I was wondering if there is any such options for Terragen.
It's not who you are that matters, it's what you do.

There are software people use for TG and render farms. There are a lot of topics here about it. But I don't know anything about it my self. Just search the forum with your topic term and you should find 6 or 7 threads about it.

Low priority prices:

Garagefarm: (0.010 cent per Ghz)
pixelplow.net: (0.019 cent per Ghz)
ranchcomputing.com: (0.041 cent per Ghz)

Ahhhh. crap. LOL I thought you asked about software for your own render farm and TG, not about render farms we use here.  ;D
Yes those three are the ones that get mentioned here.

There has to be more to this than just the price points though? Hey guys, how do the top three for price rank in terms of 2) ease of use? 2) service? Any praise, any complaints?

We maintain a list of render farms that support Terragen here: http://www.planetside.co.uk/wiki/index.php?title=Terragen_Resource_List#Rendering_Services
There is also a list of render manager applications that can help you manage the distribution of rendering on a local network with multiple machines:
