Looking good! Here's to a hopefully smooth 2021.

Glad to see Hanne's station walk and Kadri's skyscape in there. Those two really show of PT lighting models and cloud lighting models really well.

Hi Matt,

from the newsletter I went to https://planetside.co.uk/news/terragen-4-5-release/

In the lower part of that page there is a link in this textpassage:
"Alternatively you can login to your account on our website and go to the details and
downloads for your most recent Terragen purchase."
Someone mis-spelled the address in that link. Causes a "Server not found" error page.

Hi Klaus, thanks for reporting that. The link has been corrected.

Great to see the features planned for 2021, particularly interested to see how a new workflow for exporting terrain and textures would look.

It would be great to see inclusion of variables for the Micro Exporter (${RENDER}, ${CAMERA} etc), I do a lot of exporting using multiple render nodes and it would be great to have the token to identify the .obj files.

I noticed that only Windows and Mac are available under my account's downloads link.  Has the linux version been updated to be concurrent with the Windows and Mac versions yet?   I use it extensively for VDB output and large scale renders when needed since my biggest machine in-house is a 64core/128thread 1.5TB RAM Linux system used for virtualization experimentation (and Houdini and Blender render needs as well).

I'd like to use the latest version, especially with the updates to the atmospherics, but can't update on my windows workstations until the linux side is updated as well.

Not sure about latest public release but frontier for 4054301 had the Linux node I used to update my server.

Hi Scott,

The specific product you purchased was linking to the wrong version. Sorry about that. I have corrected it now.

After logging in, scroll down to "View and Manage Licenses" and click on "Purchase #..." for your initial purchase. It should link to the correct version now.
