But bigger and with a more prominent steeple.

If the scale is correct, then I think it looks best in the first of those three images (the building part looks best in those three). But if it is correct, then try to find other complementary building to add to that location. That would be fun to see! A little ancient village in the background. Would like to see more of that in renders here. Like ulco has where its not the focus, but the presence really adds a lot of interest.

Awesome water.  I also like the distant terrain on the horizon in v4, adds a subtle touch to make it look like a real beach scene

It's an abbey (found on the web somewhere), but actually I didn't check its size. Good point. Can't check it now, no TG available, while I'm in Sweden
