Need help

I'm trying to design an image of earth
this is my first  experience test with clouds around the earth

















But what I need as I am an amateur in Terragen
to design:

1 - Stars as baground
for example this picture


2 - Sphere as moon with texture
for example this picture



and finally


3 - Satellite as object or picture


Its not easy for me, but this is a good example to do some experiments

There is a stars background tgd file somewhere in the forum. I saw it. That can handle your first request
